(1) Upon receipt of a request for mutual legal assistance from a foreign state and a decision to provide mutual legal assistance has been made by the central authority in accordance with section 27 of the Ordinance on such request. If there is any charge or fee, the central authority should inform the concerned foreign state, keeping in mind the reciprocity.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), in case there is a delay in receiving the fee or fee from the relevant foreign state for providing mutual legal assistance, the central authority shall immediately proceed with the proceedings related to mutual legal assistance.
(3) Fees or charges incurred while providing mutual legal assistance or fees or charges incurred by the central authority in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be sent by the concerned foreign state to the bank account designated by the central authority.
